A born lyricist and networker, Taylor Hogle, a.k.a Cas Metah, worked on the writing side of raps for two years before finally approaching the mic. Ultimately, the friendship Cas developed with JustMe led to the formation of powerhouse crew Scribbling Idiots in 2003, but it’s his friendships with the rest of the hip-hop community that set the star-studded Guest Room apart.

With a guest list that would make even Leno and Letterman envious, Cas gets over 40 acclaimed emcees and producers in on the act. Everyone from A-Z—from Ajax Starglider to Zero Basement—contributes to deliver a highly entertaining 20-track collection of duets and “posse-cuts” that cut straight to the hip-hop heart.
